Reaserch
My research in the past five years has two main directions: (1) Transnational value and local practice: the mutual construction of community empowerment and tourism development. (2) Local connection between culture and economy: a way to open up tourism and agriculture. Mainly based on the framework of tourism anthropology and medical anthropology, through the long-term fields of community, tourism, and agriculture, the topic of regional development and cultural practice cuts into the multiple relations between politics and economy.
